Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Before 30 Days of Trip

- Charge: 0% of the total package cost.
- Details: No cancellation charges apply if the trip is canceled 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date.


Cancellation 3 Weeks Prior to Trip

- Charge: 30% of the total package cost.
- Details: If the trip is canceled within 21 to 29 days before the departure date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total package cost will be charged.


Cancellation 2 Weeks Prior to Trip

- Charge: 60% of the total package cost.
- Details: If the trip is canceled within 14 to 20 days before the departure date, a cancellation fee of 60% of the total package cost will be charged.


Cancellation 1 Week Prior to Trip

- Charge: 80% of the total package cost.
- Details: If the trip is canceled within 7 to 13 days before the departure date, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total package cost will be charged.


Cancellation Within the Same Week of Trip

- Charge: 100% of the total package cost.
- Details: If the trip is canceled within 6 days or less before the departure date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package cost will be charged.


No-Show Policy

- Charge: 100% of the total package cost.
- Details: If the passenger fails to show up at the time of departure, 100% of the total package cost will be charged as a no-show fee.


Non-Refundable Period

Note: For guests traveling between 20th December to 5th January, please be aware that no refunds will be issued, regardless of the cancellation date. This period is subject to special terms due to high demand during the holiday season.
